To further enhance the teaching quality of the college and listen to the demands of teachers and students, the college held a mid-term teacher-student symposium for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year in the meeting room on the afternoon of May 15th. Fang Wei, the deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president of the college, Tao Yong, the vice president, the heads of relevant departments and some representatives of teachers and students attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Ruiting, the director of the Teaching Office.
At the symposium, everyone engaged in a lively discussion on the setting of public physical education courses, the arrangement of course scheduling and selection, the construction and management of sports venues, students' physical health tests, and the construction of smart sports. The participants also put forward targeted suggestions and opinions. The leaders and teachers present responded to some of the demands.
Fang Wei delivered a concluding speech, stating that the college will carefully consider and absorb the reasonable suggestions from teachers and students, and simultaneously reflect them to the relevant departments of the school, continuously improving the management level of physical education and teaching in the school, and enhancing the sense of gain and happiness of teachers and students.
