Good news! The selection results of the 2025 decision-making consultation research Project of the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau were recently announced. Professor Yang Yiwu from our college's project "Research on the New Path for the Construction of the Hubei Provincial Sports and Education Integration Demonstration Zone during the '15th Five-Year Plan' Period" (Project Number: 2025A002) was successfully approved as a key research project. The approval of this project is another masterpiece by Professor Yang Yiwu, focusing on the goal of building a strong sports province in Hubei during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, concentrating on the construction of a demonstration zone for the integration of sports and education, and providing scientific basis and practical paths for government decision-making. This project research will be based on the actual situation of the construction of the sports and education integration demonstration zone in Hubei Province, exploring policy optimization, resource integration and digital empowerment, and providing new ideas for the coordinated development of competitive sports and school sports in Hubei.
This year's projects were evaluated and selected by industry experts, and ultimately 16 projects were approved, including 4 key projects and 12 general projects. The approval of this key project fully demonstrates Professor Yang Yiwu's rigorous research style and academic influence. It also reflects the high attention paid by the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau to the intellectual resources of colleges and universities. At the same time, it further lays a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the sports discipline in our college.
